I looked this one up to confirm my hunch that these are mathematical tiles again - which they are, apparently, and the quoins are wooden according to the listing. The paired front doors under a single hood are interesting. Listed as Preston House and Sydney House, 199-200 High Street: list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1043786 .

Thanks for doing my work for me! Given that Lewes is on the chalk South Downs, I guess that stone was in short supply and although there are plenty of brick houses and other buildings around, wooden frameworks with mathematical tiles seem to have been a popular choice. Flint also features significantly in this area. I haven't looked into the question of what other structural materials are under the tiles.
