0-6-0 2269 on Wells goods train 27.2.1954

The two goods trains are at this point coupled together. Their two former GWR 'Toad' goods brake vans show where the trains will be divided.
Somerset railways -Cheddar and Wells area - This set of photographs is by the late Reverend John Sutters. They are part of a collection of railway photographs, taken mainly in the 1950's & 60's, that have now been digitised by his son Phil.
