The Blue Ridge Mountains are noted for having a bluish color when seen from a distance. this is my version of the shot my husband [ RLC ] took .. his shot shall be a note .. look carefully and you can pick out the differences .. my shot does not contain ' the houses that don't belong ' .. not my saying, but local folk who don't appreciate people plopping large .. modern houses down like Monopoly pieces .. these houses rarely fit in with the landscape and the feel of this area .. and mature trees are removed and replaced with dinky 'want-a-be-trees' .. so, I do agree -- these are 'houses that don't belong ' (c) All Rights Reserved
