OK - WHAT DO Y'ALL DO WENT WAITING FOR YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED/FIXED ?

THIS IS PART OF THE WAITING AREA AT MY ONE-OF-A-KIND MECHANIC'S PLACE.

HIS DEAR WIFE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE -- RICHARD WOULDN'T DO THAT!

AS LONG AS HE WORKS IN MY WHEELS.. NO PROBLEM - HE IS SUPER AND ONLY TIME I GRACE THE DOORWAY OF THE LOCAL HONDA DEALER --- IF RICHARD DOESN'T HAVE SOMETHING NEEDED. [ rarely happens ]

THAT HAS HAPPENED ONCE OTHER THAN AIRBAG RECALLS.

IN FLORIDA, HAD A MECHANIC WHO SPECIALIZED IN DATSUN/NISSAN.

THESE GUYS ARE SPECIAL !

Oh, you must be talking about Halloween ! Got a friend in FL who has her front yard decorated and it gets lit at night. The main figure is at least 4 ft taller that she is. I enjoy the outdoor decor -- cause if we had it here ... I would answer the doorbell.

Been there - done it.... many, many years. Even when we lived here pre-1986 ... there were kids from the school across town where I worked who showed up!

Asked one of them .." I know you don't live around here and you don't drive ... so, how did you get here ?"

Uhh .. Mom drove us. We heard this was a good street.

No lights on here ...doors to den closed so they can't hear me pulling for my Hockey team, either!

Not planning on going anytime soon .. but you know how plans go ... Richard still kids me about the mileage on my CR-V .. "you haven't added much, have you?"

Nope ... not 70k yet and it is a 2004 model. It had just over 40k when I bought it in Florida.
