at least here ..
a NC friend I've known since he was a teen ..
has a photo of his Dad [as a teen] working as a Soda Jerk ..
in the shop ..
this place is full of memories for high school teams ..
coming to celebrate victories ..
or drown their sorrows in a Root Beer Float ..
everybody knows everybody ..
or you soon do ..
after a day of photo shooting with my Sis ..
we stopped for a double chocolate shake ..
and homemade fries ..
another plus for small-town life ..
