The Ferry Shelter


The ferry across the River Hamble in Hampshire has operated since at least 1493. It links the villages of Warsash and Hamble-Le-Rice.
This shelter was built in the 1900s (on the Warsash side) for The Bugle Inn to store kegs, with passengers also allowed in (subject to space).
