Halictid Bee (Agapostemon texanus female) inside a Moonflower


The beautiful green Halictid Bee females were back today. They were very hyper , barely stopping on the flowers. But they did love the insides of the Moonflowers !

Pam J club has replied to tiabunna clubPam J club has replied to RHH clubHonestly I am surprise it came off at all !! The Moonies have very deep blooms and I felt I was up to my elbows in them !!! The bees were hyper and wouldnt sit still... fluke shots really .. not for want of trying though !
