Badly Moored Boat

When I arrived at Meanwhile Gardens and walked down the towpath (right to left), this narrow boat was securely moored with two pegs into the ground at the bank. When I came back 20 minutes later, one of the pegs had come out of the ground (by itself? or was it helped?) and the boat had swung around to block the canal.
