Before Roasting


Cut in half, with crushed garlic and basil on top, drizzled with olive oil, plus a little salt, and ready to go into the oven at 220 degrees for many, many hours. I did two batches (two pans per batch) of these yesterday when it was 95 degrees outside. I'm a nutter.
