After Roasting


Not as attractive as before they were roasted, but now all their tomatoey goodness is concentrated into these little flat blobs. After they cool, I'll put them in the freezer. (I toss out the crispy basil leaves first.) They're fabulous in sandwiches, especially with goat cheese.
