A mishap: I got confused and carelessly opened the developing tank that I had loaded with this negative five minutes earlier. This frame somehow survived the exposure. The rest is trash.

Dont ya hate that Marta. one consolation is that in the digital world you go out and shoot 297 raw files and you only process say 3. trouble is you feel it when you make an analogue blue because it costs you more and its irreversible. I used this logic when I was recently having some development issues with rolls of 120 and 35mm film. BUT I was thankful for the digital ability to rescue them as some kind of image at least. I love what you do...inspirational. :-)

I sometimes find there is a gem hidden in a partly exposed roll, you never know. My aesthetic is a bit more primitive than yours though, Marta.

Part of analog photography is making mistakes like this, you might think those shots are gone forever, but you saw them with your eyes, so they still exist in your mind.

My best shots are predominantly those that I have never taken with a camera (being in hurry, not having my gear with me, missing the moment...) - they just stayed in my memory ;)
