Should I be concerned?


The top two wires / traces carry 220V AC. The next one is safety-earth. Then 24V DC for the fan, then 2 wires for the thermo-couple, and lastly 2 wires for a reed switch.
Let's hope those line-voltage carrying wires don't overheat and melt their insulation.
