Hmm, in der Diaschau habe ich meins nicht gesehen, nur bei Das rockt. Im Moment läuft dein Foto auch nicht mehr in der Diaschau, aber es rockt auf der ersten Seite. Irgendwie ändert sich das ständig;-)
Aber wenigstens meckert hier keiner, dass er 150 Likes, aber nur 20 views hat;-)

Genau, mal ist man dabei, dann wieder nicht. Eben war deins auf Seite 1 das Erste und meins in der zweiten Reihe. Wär mal interessant, was die Kriterien sind. Jedenfalls wird immer nur ein Bild pro user gezeigt.

as a misty sun her day had begun
light filtering through branches that were hung
with dewdrops strewn on cobwebs so fine
like a little fairy's washing line
glistening in the early sunlight
the mist slowly lifted, a beautiful sight
showing the trees awaiting the spring
when leaves would filter and then bring
dappled shade to hide from the sun
and then sunset, the circle has again begun . . . !

A pleasure Bev, after having lived a couple of years in California, my passive vocabulary is still pretty good and I don't have problems reading even scientific literature. The problem is the active vocabulary which is fading much faster, because I seldom use it except here. I would't entrust the translator with a poem, it is swamped already with much simpler stuff. yes I understand, and my German is likewise not quite so good ... age
diminishes the memory unless we are using it every day ;-) but some things
stay but not all ... ;-) I guess perhaps my poems might be difficult to translate
