Fuchsia

Wow,welch für ein wunderschönes Bokeh dein Objektiv und der Fotograf macht,wunderschön hast du diese roten Blüten der Fuchsia hervor gehoben,genau nach meinen Geschmack ist deine Nahaufnahme lieber Keith,durch das sanft weiche Grün des Hintergrundes sind diese Blüten richitge Hingucker,beide Daumen nach oben gib's dafür wieder :))

Lovely colour and still looking very fresh, an excellent capture Keith.
Ours were looking very much over but the overnight deluge has freshened everything up, a little late for many plants I suspect.

I think the only things left flowering in my back garden are these fuchsias, some Guernsey lilies and some verbena, although some of the perennials in the front garden pots are still going quite well. Gardening is my wife's thing really.........I just do the "grunt" work and take photos :-)))

They make for a beautiful splash of colour, perfect with the shallow DoF that makes for a soft background. Fuchsia magellanica are quite hardy, their native Patagonia doesn't have the mildest climate:-)

A lovely focus on the flowers Keith, it looks beautiful. Mine are still flowering but the garden is beginning to look like it needs a good tidy up, with a lot of cutting back to do! I didn't know they were from Patagonia (Gudrun's comment). We learn something every day!
