Kings Theatre
Albert Road Southsea, Hampshire.

Designed by the architect Frank Matcham. It opened on 30 September 1907. It is operated by the Kings Theatre Trust Ltd. The building was designated a Grade II* listed building in 1976

Gotcha'.. on that Keith.. interesting to see that quite a few.. theatres and cinema's were trimmed in that pale style of finish .. our own Sheffield.. (still there, but empty) 'Abbeydale picture house' is very similar.. I remember queuing as a 'yoof' to get in // Cheers ' from Dj.
