The plant certainly belongs to the daisy family but it is definitely not a gerbera. Whatever it is, it looks great and the colour boosts the mood:-)

Thanks Gudrun............glad you like it. I think you're probably right about the ID. Rosa thinks it's a double-Osteospermum (African Daisy) and having had another google, I'm inclined to agree with her.

Gorgeous colour flower Keith. It pops out so nicely and the detail in the buds are picked up very well. Could be a Double Osteospermum but I'm not totally sure. It doesn't really matter because it's such a beautiful picture :)

Hi Keith. I have been a month without my computer. It was in the computer shop for a fortnight and then it got a bad virus and was ruined. I had to buy a new one. I recived it a couple of days ago. Need it now with our lockdown all over N.Z. For the covid 19 outbreak.
