The Wizard of Waste

I last took a picture of this back in December 2016, so when the ladies in my family went off to the shops, my grandson Oakley and I decided to go off and explore along the old railway embankment at Langstone Harbour and see if it was still there. It's looking a bit less flamboyant than before but it has started wearing a bra!
