I have often been in a rut but never experienced this phenomena Keith. You are doing us all a service by sharing this super image with us.

Thanks Phill...........300mm lens and a bit of a crop......but yes, pretty close. The deer in Bushy Park are pretty used to people but you have to be careful of the stags at this time of year, they can be aggressive if you get too close (or get between them and the females)!!
