Water

This week in SSC: Water - (long exposure optional)
I was looking forward to getting some long exposure shots this week so I headed off to the Cushman Dam No. 2 along the Hood Canal here in Washington state. I was hoping to see lots of water but it is summer so the water was pretty low. I tried out my ND filter for the first time and had fun getting some motion blur on the water. I took my tripod but wound up bracing my camera on a ledge instead. Next time I will use my tripod for such long exposures. (More pics in PiPs.)

Karen's Place club has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubKaren's Place club has replied to Esther clubI see it's close to the east side of the Olympic N.P. I had been there in the early 2000's but rather at the west side, Quinault Lake and Rain Forest. I really like it and had a great time!
