You still have one!!! In here we had the same, I think it came from British influence in our culture, but thay are all gone, you have a smartphone or you can't call... (in some touristic areas they have a public booth but it is all metal and cristal, nothing artistical, just practical, like most of the things now: spiritless

This phone box is set in the historical town of Poulsbo not far from my home. The whole town is very atmospheric.

The iconic red phone box works really well in mono! The colour version is a bit busy compared to b&w.

Here the traditional color probably has been green. Although, these days one can find only one or two saved as historical relics.

It's such a shame these things have disappeared. It's always a delight to find something like this.

Terrific shot Karen, like the strong contrasts in the b&w version don't these phone boxes make great subjects, we still have some but generally only where a mobile signal is poor or non existent,
