The plaid dress! I really only had a little over 3 2/3 yards to work with for a full 1860's dress. This meant no silliness or mistakes! Hence why I made the pink wool one first. I had a good 5+ yards to play with and plenty of fabric to cut out new bodice piece should I royally mess up. This plaid matches an extant 1860's dress nearly exactly. I'm trying to recreate the extant one as well as I can.
