Customer Service Star

Bureau Director Fred Bueter, Joan, and Michigan Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land. Secretary Land presented Awards of Excellence to a couple dozen staff members this morning; Joan was one of the honorees. (Joan's not nearly as short as this picture makes her look.)

I'm delighted. Clearly this is going to be the highlight of what's proving to be a difficult and frustrating week on my job.
