Dad's Ducks: slide number 1

Shot by my father, Roger Dinda, in 1954; scanned from a slide. This is the photograph I've seen most often in my life, because it lived in Dad's projector as the default slide. It cleaned up nicely.

On the day Dad was born, the nation was cheering Lindy, and raising money to rescue New Orleans. He'd have been 79 today.
