There's Something About an Isolated Barn

I made an effort to avoid repetition--of subject, or theme, or general look--during 366 Snaps. I feel no such obligation in the outtakes, so here, again, is the barn I showed you a couple days ago. But from a different angle and with very different lighting.
I figured to follow the dirt roads along the Grand River a few miles north of my house a year ago, hoping to find something interesting. It had been a couple decades since I'd driven those roads, and people had since built (side-by-side!) a golf course and a race track for dirt bikes. Perhaps one or the other would provide a good view.
No such luck. The photographs I took were rushed, poorly framed, and generally uninteresting. So I went with a plant in the yard for the 366 Snaps photo.

This photograph is an outtake from my 2012 photo-a-day project, 366 Snaps.

Title of "roll:" Danby [another township in Ionia County]
Other photos taken on 11/16/2012: none.
