We Have Icicles!

The icicle shot's a focus experiment. It was successful, I think, but I wasn't entirely happy with it.

A year ago the snow had stopped and the sun had come out, but the temperature'd dropped to frigid. So I mostly stayed inside.

Most of last January 15's pictures could be considered rehearsals for photographs I'd post later in the year (in one case, on the next day). This will be a recurring theme.

Some days I'd have another photo I liked as well or better than the "rehearsal" pic, and would post the alternate instead. Other times I'd have an idea for a shot, but wouldn't be satisfied with my execution. With 366 opportunities I'd certainly get another chance.
