Malaxis monophyllos (White Adder's-mouth orchid)

We had been given a heads-up on the location for one of North America's smallest orchids. It is called Malaxis monophyllos or White Adder's-mouth orchid. I was told the exact location, but without the tiny sticks that had been placed near the plants, I probably would not have seen them. They were only in bud, so we would have to revisit the site on our way back about a week later.
