Platanthera cristata (Crested Fringed Orchid) with Green Lynx Spider
I spent the weekend with my photography friends in the Green Swamp Preserve and the Francis Marion National Forest. This image was taken in the Francis Marion. What a wonderful day we had.

The flowers of this particular orchid were not particularly photogenic, but the Green Lynx Spider was, so I took his picture.
