This same cactus presides over the living room of my house. It only blooms splendidly at the beginning of Christmas, here it is known by the name of Christmas cactus. Occasionally I water it with tea. Care yourself Jenny.

Oh, tenemos varios nombres para estos cactus, todo depende de cuándo florece, este parece ser el cactus de verano, solía tener uno que floreció a principios de abril, por lo que se llamaba cactus de Pascua. Nunca pensé en alimentarlo con té, tal vez lo intente. Cuídate mucho, Anton, y ten un buen fin de semana.

C'est très joli et on dirait une petite flamme qui s'allume à l'extrémité !

I saw an absolutely enormous giant cactus here doing the same thing recently, when I next go nearby where it is I’ll post a photo. They are fascinating plants aren’t they.

Oh I'd love to see a giant cactus growing outside - I look forward to seeing your photo when you see it again. My dad brought a small cactus back from Spain eons ago - and they planted it and it's still growing, but it's in the middle of the garden which is now unfortunately overgrown. It's been many years since I last saw it and where I live we don't have very harsh winters, so it's probably still living there.

I’ll take a few pics for you. Hopefully it’ll still have the flowers on by the time I get to it (or another one). :)
