Gorse bush is out in flower
Such a beautiful bush. The flowers are so exact and curled. Tight buds just like roses, but this gorgeous bright yellow.

Yes the gorse is a beautiful flower and the scent is very vanillary - (if that's a word!!!) it's similar to warm vanilla. When the sun is on it and it's warm,the scent is very heady.

I keep telling you that I just love your photos, I know for sure I'm not the only one, but surely they tell you how wonderful they are. They're lacking in manners if they don't - I've always been brought up to praise where praise is due and silence when it's not. Your pictures are each superb. I'm really pleased that you like to see my pictures and also those of my daughter. Well soon when I go to Turkey - with a bit of luck, I'll be taking some great pictures of this amazing place. I can't wait.
