Yashi beach

This is a picture my daughter took of the beach near her - it takes about 2 minutes to walk there from her house. The land in the far distance is Kos, Greece - another country as well as another continent!!! She's so happy in Turkey and considers it her home. With views like this who could blame her?

I loved reading about our "twin-factor" of taking zillions of pictures. It's such fun...and you know, it's how you become a better photographer, esp if you are taking care each time you use your camera, thinking about the composition, the light, the angle, and remembering to consider what is most important about the picture and how best to portray it. Sometimes your first picture will be the best, but sometimes, with reevaluation, you will find that moving around or adjusting your focus or whatever, makes for a stronger picture. Every day we have more chances at improving our skill and our photographic eye! :)
Jenny McIntyre club has replied to Janet Brien clubYes we do seem to have found quite a few similarities in our make-up, especially where taking photos are concerned. I do love your way of finding things to take a picture of and thank you so much for your encouragement.
