if it is for the Navy, it is a Boeing plane. If it is for the RCAF, it is a BAe plane. So, If Russia buy some, it will become a Sukhoy plane? :-)

Long story... The Goshawk is a significantly different variant from the BAe Hawk. The Goshawk was redesigned for the stresses of U.S. aircraft carrier service and much (but not all) of the airplane was built by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing by merger) here in the United States. To my knowledge the CT-155s are standard BAe export aircraft from UK constructed in UK. If Russia bought a bunch it would first depend on how different the the airplane would be from the BAe type--and whatever was agreed upon by BAe and the hypothetical Russian contractor.
