455 Super Duty

This is one sweet car!

Just after I got out of high school, in 1980, I had a 1974 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ that had one of those 455's in it. Man, it was bad!

I've got one on the engine stand for another project someday! :-)

First one I can remember seeing in red ... very nice! :)

Blue, silver, and white were the most popular colors, but there was an occasional red out there! I actually know where a red one is sitting in the weeds!

How sad a sight is that! :(

I'd inquire about it if I had a place to put it.
