I'd have guessed roof too, but it's a beautiful abstract Norm. Tell me though what's that in the top right corner?

Thanks Paul! The sun is reflecting off parts of a exhaust cap for a furnace chimney pipe.

Great light on the metal roofs ... nice you got the sun to cooperate on the selective lighting. :)

Thanks Chris! It was twilight at the time, but the sunrise had such a strong reflection on the metal roof it fooled the light meter on the camera.

Excellent abstract! It is interesting how selective light can create such photos; well done, Norm :)

Good one Norm! I thought it was a dulcimer when I first looked and when I realized it wasn't, I didn't have a clue. Great idea.

A dulcimer. It's a musical instrument. I used to have a hammered dulcimer and it looks like part of it. Here you go: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammered_dulcimer

Cool shot, Norm! Already you're staying in a motel and you just got a new house? A rodent problem or something like that?

Thanks Kenny! I've not got a new house yet! I probably won't have one until I find one with a nice shop. I do travel some for work! :-)
