David Jenkins

The guy in the middle is David Jenkins, singer and guitarist with Pablo Cruise. He was playing a solo show down in Jackson, Tennessee on April 23rd, 2016. Pablo Cruise were formed in 1973 and had several hits. And they're still together and touring.
The saxophonist was with the house band and the guy in the background playing bass guitar is Lance Hoppen, who is with Orleans, and they were formed in 1972 and have been together and touring since then.
I took the picture at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, in Jackson, Tennessee.
