Crawfish

Crawfish is a southern United States delicacy. I had some when my band was touring the eastern half of the country and we were playing down in Alabama. One of the singers in the band had some friends down there, so they invited the whole band over for some crawfish.

I tend to think of them as miniature lobsters.
