In Search Of.... Spring

In Search Of.... Spring
From 1976 to 1982, Lenoard Nimoy hosted the syndicated television show "In Search Of...." Here, Captain Kirk is handling the hosting duties. The flowers are crocuses and they have just bloomed out in my yard within the last couple days.

Ulrike Bohra, Ruebenkraut, Janet Brien, Esther and 13 other people have particularly liked this photo

At least there are no Klingons in the crocuses.

I just love this. I never watched Leonard Nimoy's show but I sure as heck watched Star Trek! Every night at dinner from 6-7pm we would have our dinner and then stay to watch the rest of the show. My mom, dad, and 3 brothers got to know the series so well that we could quote entire chunks....HARCOURT FENTON MUDD...WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING? ... (STELLA...MY DEAR!) ... HAVE YOU BEEN DRINKING? (NO NO *splutter*) YOU MISERABLE, GOOD FOR NOTHING-THIING-THING...

heh...I am sure I didn't get that quite right but not too bad for not having seen that episode for like 25 years at least!

I also find a nice memory of Mr. Spock.... I always liked to see it, even when the new (current) crew was already at the start. Especially where Spock... meets Spock. live long and prosper
