WOW!!! That is so COOL!!! It's so bright and pretty and HUGE! I wonder how long it took for one of these to break down before they had to make another to take its place?

Many thanks Janet, I guess they were made from well treated hardwood and would have lasted a good number of years although would have needed repainting at regular intervals, but more important I wonder how many lives it helped to save in it's lifetime !
