Ich würde auch von ERklärungsbedarf sprechen ;-)
Die Adresse des Bauhernn lautet Amberg, da hat er vermutlich schon einen Rebenhang realisiert ;-)
Und wie es aussieht wieder mit einer total langweiligen verputzten Aussendämmung. All diese Gebäude werden mal ein böses Alter haben...

Früher hiess es ja immer: Es gibt nur zwei Arten von Flachdächern: solche die undicht sind und solche, die noch nicht undicht sind. Aber bei einer fachmännischen Ausführung hat man das heute eigentlich im Griff. :-)
