Arthur Meighen Building (Charles B. Dolphin, 1954), Toronto. It houses offices of Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada. The vigil on the sidewalk, organized by Nishnawbe Aski Nation, started on July 20 -- three months old today.

Anyway, great capture of the conflict between the government's desired messaging - yay, celebrate 150 - and the aboriginal protest of living conditions, a sobering reality.
