Amazing how the power tower repeats the triangular designs made by the parasols. Sorta like Goliath looking down on the Philistines (or did he?) And I hope nobody lost their yellow jacket, which looks like an exhausted bird.

I hadn't noticed the repeating triangles, Bob, but I'm sure that's part of what attracted me. Thanks. And the jacket does indeed look like a wounded bird (something for which Toronto is famous -- lots of tall buildings right in the middle of a major migration route).

Bob makes a good point about the repeating triangular designis, but I also like the shadows of the benches and parasols, which produce some nice geometric shapes.

Thanks, Keith. Something else that probably attracted me but I wasn't conscious of till you mentioned it.

I agree about the triangular shapes, but that yellow jacket grabs my attention first.

It adds some bright colour, and as Bob says, it resembles a bird -- a four-winged goose in fact.
