Not so close encounter of some kind

After just a few days of walking Rags already considers the playground a part of his domain, but the other day we met a young orange cat during the walk. Neither of them seemed happy with the encounter and the stranger soon left.

Rags is taking over many of Snow White's duties and has started taking me for walks outside the garden. He moves around with great confidence and his tail flag up.

Rags probably does not know, but the ashes of Snow White are buried under the stone next to him. This was her favourite spot for sunning in the morning...

The organization is not quite in place yet, so our new First Cat has not been appointed. Rags is the most experienced, but less ambitious than Caithlin, who might be an upcoming queen. For now however, they seem to share the responsibility in harmony... :)
