Auf dem Kyffhäusergebirge befindet das Barbarossadenkmal, welches zu Ehre von Kaiser Wilhelm I. errichtet wurde. Er ist auch hier im Bild als Reiterfigur zu sehen. Das gesamte Monument ist 81m hoch und damit Deutschlands drittgrößte Denkmal.
