Old Melbourne Gaol

Now a museum, Old Melbourne Gaol in Melbourne Australia served as a prison from 1845 until 1924. It confined some of Australia's more notorious criminals - bushranger Ned Kelly being among the most famous. It was the site of 135 hangings.
