Verlassene Villa / Deserted Mansion

HFF everybody!

Die ehemalige Gutsvilla Baensch wurde bis 2013 von der Gartenbaufachschule genutzt. Während die dahinter liegenden Internatsgebäude in den Jahren danach eine Außenstelle der Zentralen Anlaufstelle Halberstadt für 200 Flüchtlinge waren, steht die Villa selbst ungenutzt leer.

So wie die Villa aussieht, müsste man da viel Geld reinversenken- und bei der zukünfigen Nachbarschaft wird sich schwierig ein Investor finden lassen- schade!
