When I was in elementary school, we all had recorders and had a little band in music class.

I very much hope that the music stayed with you.
In this school in a slum district, it was the first time that pupils received recorders and lessons.
We received a small video in December (hardly two months after they had received the recorders) of their first "concert" showing what they had learned in such a short time. I don´t have to tell you that we were moved to tears.
