NTSC: sunrise, sunset

I saw some truly spectactular sunsets on the road this past week, driving west through the desert; when I got to LA I thought I'd get some beachy sunsets in, but the weather wasn't very cooperative...

Thanks! :) The mountains *were* lovely with all the fog and clouds, but the sunset was kind of way too subtle.... (Tonight, of course, it was all flamey reds and oranges)

Heh. Santa Monica on a saturday night, not so much with the stillness... :D Lots of people on the beach, more on the pier... Crowd noise, music, screams from the rides, music, the roar of the ocean... :)
