Monday 8 November 2021 (1553) – Vertas Passenger Transport (Suffolk County Council) AF68 ZFV, a Ford Transit Custom, seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills. Vertas is a facilities support company owned by SCC which now operates the SCC passenger transport fleet.

In 2013, after operating a passenger transport fleet for many years, Suffolk County Council entered into a working partnership with Norfolk County Council owned Norse Commercial Services to create Suffolk Norse. SCC held a 20% stake in the venture and Norse held an 80% stake. At the formation SCC placed all its school bus fleet into the partnership but from September 2021 the partnership was wound up and the bus and coach fleet returned to SCC under the aegis of the Vertas company.
