Tuesday 27 March 2001 (approx. 1245) - Bluebird Buses (Stagecoach Bluebird) 601 carried the registration WLT 444, once carried by London Routemaster RM444. It was a Plaxton Expressliner 2 bodied Volvo B10M that had been new to East Kent Road Car Company as M911 WJK in 1999. Sporting Scottish Citylink livery it was seen crossing Guild Street from Carmelite Street on the approach to the bus station amidst the buildings of 'the granite city'.
