I love the winter light on this attractive snow covered scene Doug. Beautifully composed and captured with the long shadows stretching across the image as if to emphasise the old burial mound.

A FINE PLACE FOR ETERNAL REST !

Thanks so much for your visit Pam. No rest for many of our ancestors. A number of these burial mounds were disturbed/damaged when the land was cleared for crops and livestock hundreds of years ago.
