These look similar to pupa I've seen on Burnet caterpillars, but not sure, maybe wasp?

Oh, wow thanks Rockwolf!! Yeah :)
Hum.. I see they are usually parasitic, so maybe the caterpillar these were in/on has fallen off the stem leaving just these guys. Neat :D
